Terms of Use

1. The software

Orb2 is open-source software provided by Martin Nicolas Ausilio under the PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 license. You self-host and operate your own instance.

2. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you operate your instance, the accounts you connect, and compliance with the terms of any third-party services (e.g. Google, Microsoft) you connect. Use is permitted for noncommercial purposes per the license; commercial use requires written permission.

4. Connected services

When you connect a third-party account, your use of that service is governed by that provider's terms. Orb2 acts only at your direction within your own instance.
